Sika Level-02 EZ Primer is a ready-to-use acrylic primer for sound, smooth, non-porous substrates, used before Sika Level underlayments and patches. It lets you level over ceramic tile, epoxy, old vinyl, VCT, LVT, terrazzo, metal and water-resistant adhesive residue without dilution.
