How ordering works right now

This website is our product catalog. Orders are not placed or paid online at the moment. When you find what you need, use the Request a quote button on the product, call your branch, or send us a message from the Contact page, and we will confirm availability, price and freight for your order.

Will call and pickup

Pickup at any of our three branches is free and usually same day for stocked items. Bring your order number or the name the order was placed under.

Local delivery

We deliver to job sites and shops across metro Atlanta from our Stockbridge and Marietta branches, and across middle Tennessee from Brentwood. Ask your branch about the delivery schedule for your area and any minimum order.

Shipping

We ship nationwide. Freight is quoted per order, because cost depends on weight, dimensions and destination - a case of abrasives and a floor sander do not ship the same way. Your quote will show the freight amount before you approve the order.

Orders for stocked items placed before noon usually ship the same or next business day. Transit time depends on the carrier and destination. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Hazardous materials

Finishes, sealers, adhesives, solvents and other chemicals are regulated as hazardous materials and cannot ship by air or to every destination. Some of these items are pickup or local delivery only. Your branch will tell you what applies to your order before you approve it.

Damaged or missing freight

Inspect your shipment when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, note it on the delivery receipt, keep the packaging, and call your branch within 5 business days so we can open the claim with the carrier.
