LOBA Life is a one-component water-based finish for hardwood floors that LOBA positions as a good price/performance choice with easy application and good build. It is self-sealing on light-colored North American species; on dark or exotic woods, LOBA recommends EasyPrime first. This is the Satin sheen in a 2.5-gallon container.
