LOBA Hybrid is a one-component, oil-modified water-based polyurethane finish for hardwood floors in light commercial and high-traffic residential areas. LOBA says it can be applied without a sealer, avoids side bonding and white lines, and is well suited to exotic species. This is the Semi-Gloss sheen.

No. LOBA Hybrid can be applied without a sealer, but LOBA recommends a coat of EasyPrime first on white oak or walnut. Note that LOBA does not list AmberPrime as compatible under Hybrid.
