Sampson Radiance is a one-component, oil-modified waterborne finish for residential and commercial hardwood floors. Sampson describes it as giving a rich, traditional oil look with no catalyst or crosslinker needed, low odor and soap-and-water cleanup. This is the Semi-Gloss sheen in the 1-gallon size.
