LOBA Stain is a quick-dry wood floor stain that can be topcoated after about an hour, and LOBA specifies it for use under its own water-based sealers and finishes. Dark Walnut is one of the brown tones in the 21-color US range; LOBA says brown and darker colors get a richer, more intense tone when sealed with LOBA AmberPrime.
