LOBA EasyPrime is a clear polyurethane-acrylate water-based sealer for hardwood floors, suitable for nearly all wood species. LOBA says it goes on without lap marks and reduces side bonding and the white-line effect, and it is the sealer LOBA recommends under finishes such as EasyFinish, 2K Duo and Hybrid.

• Coverage: 400–500 sq ft per gallon per coat
• Dry time: 1 hour minimum; must be topcoated within 24 hours
