LOBA Amberizer is an additive that gives LOBA water-based finishes and sealers the warm, traditional look of an aged oil-modified polyurethane. LOBA suggests it for touch-ups and repairs where new water-based finish has to blend with an older ambered floor, and says it works best on dark wood species.

• Type: Amber-tone additive for water-based finishes and sealers
• Dose: About 2% by volume; LOBA specifies one 3 fl oz bottle per gallon of finish
• Compatibility: All LOBA water-based finishes and sealers; with 2K finishes, add after the hardener
• Dry time: Does not change the dry time of the finish
• Application notes: Do not thin or add water; do not apply below 55°F
