It also consolidates weak cementitious surfaces, promotes adhesion over old adhesive residue, and acts as a vapor retarder on wood subfloors. Adhesive can go on after 2 hours, allowing same-day installs.

Type: One-component, rapid-drying polyurethane resin moisture barrier

Moisture limits: 1 coat: up to 93% RH / 12 lbs/1,000 sq ft/24 h; 2 coats: up to 98% RH / 18 lbs/1,000 sq ft/24 h

Coverage: About 400 sq ft per gallon for 1 coat; about 500 sq ft per 2.5-gallon unit as a 2-coat system

Dry time: Cures in 1–2 hours; install adhesive after at least 2 hours and within 48 hours

Other uses: Substrate consolidator; adhesion promoter over old adhesive residue; vapor retarder on wood subfloors

Formula: Solvent-free

Packaging: 2.5 gal jug

Specifications from the Sika MB EZ Rapid product page.

Sika MB EZ Rapid: common questions

Where can I buy Sika MB EZ Rapid near Atlanta or Nashville?

NDM Floors Distributor carries Sika MB EZ Rapid at our three stores: Stockbridge, GA (south metro Atlanta, 470-507-0711), Marietta, GA (north metro Atlanta, 770-627-4313) and Brentwood, TN (Nashville area, 629-216-1555).
